Yuneec H520E professional drone is one drone for all tasks!

The Yuneec H520E drone is a universal solution, you can add one of the three Yuneec cameras of your choice to it or use all three with one drone depending on the tasks (basic kit without camera).

The H520E is designed with the needs of the inspection industry in mind and features a six-rotor system for stable and precise flight, a long focal length lens to fly at long distances from the object, and data storage that can be transmitted instantly from the ST16S/E ground station directly as 4K/2K/HD video or 20MP images.

Reliable, stable and accurate

Even in strong wind conditions, the Yuneec H520E drone system is capable of maintaining position, allowing it to fly even when manned inspection is deemed unsafe. Airspeed control provides minimum airspeed after stall for maximum accuracy in challenging conditions. H520E's chassis retracts to the side, providing a full 360-degree view for collecting critical data in the field. Commercial service packages are available separately.

No transfer to remote servers!

The H520E drone and the ST16S/E remote control exchange data directly, so there is no forced transfer of data to servers in China, Germany or elsewhere in the world. No flight data, no images, no videos or log files are sent to external servers, remain at personal disposal and are optimally protected.

Orbiting

Orbital flight allows the H520E to orbit the pilot/remote control at a user-defined distance, always pointing the camera at the center of the circle.

Quick-swappable payload options

All H520E cameras are hot-swappable on sUAS platforms, saving significant time by eliminating the need to shutdown/restart the USA system. It also ensures consistency of data storage rather than using multiple storage devices and locations. Whether it's thermal imaging, long focal length photography or wide focal length data acquisition, memory cards can be moved from device to device.

Universal controllerST16S/E

The ST16S/E Ground Station is an all-in-one transmitter and receiver that gives you full control of the H520E in flight, allowing you to take photos and videos in excellent quality. With a large built-in 7-inch screen, the Android-based ST16S/E controller displays real-time flight footage, eliminating the need for an external device. You can also use the ST16S/E as a task scheduler. Plan your flight using the touch screen and complete tasks at the touch of a button.

Team mode functionality

Command mode allows you to independently control the copter and camera using two remote control systems. While the drone pilot continues to control the copter, the operator can fully focus on the camera. This collaboration makes it much easier to capture complex images and provides not only film producers, but also firefighters, inspectors and other special users with a useful tool for more PRECISE collaboration and coordination. And the HDMI port built into the remote allows you to control or transmit all telemetry to other devices.

YUNEEC DataPilot

The Yuneec DataPilot software system allows you to efficiently and consistently create orthomaps, 3D scans, crop data images in the field or on the desktop for replayable and memorable flight paths, without the need for expensive third-party software. Missions/flights can be saved for later recall/restart or scheduled off-site and transferred to the control system via email, flash memory or micro-SD card. DataPilot automatically generates acquisition trajectories with user-specified front/side overlap and crosshatching for accurate 3D or large format images. DataPilot also allows you to store/cache maps from many map providers for access in offline areas and provides tools to accurately place waypoints even in areas where no updated maps are available.

YUNEEC UpdatePilot

Stay updated with YUNEEC UpdatePilot for H520E with E90X camera. The program is available in the Google Play store and allows you to check and automatically update the copter to the latest software version. After opening the app, selecting Wi-Fi and Camera, you can search for software updates with one click of the "Check App Version" button and automatically download and install the latest update if needed.

Make sure the H520E is turned on. Please note that YUNEEC UpdatePilot can only be installed on the ST16E, and a micro SD card must be inserted into the camera to perform updates. Currently, YUNEEC UpdatePilot is only available for H520E with E90X camera.

Ford Motor Company

Atelier d’Architecture Rivat

French architecture studio based in Saint-Étienne and Paris, specializing in the design and renovation of high-performance buildings.

Since the end of 2017, the company has been using the Yuneec H520 drone, which allows them to inspect inaccessible or dangerous parts of the building, perform thermographic analysis and topographical photography, or create promotional videos.

Animal Rescue
