Purpose	OEM GGK: Used to legalize Windows operating systems on computers that previously had unlicensed software installed. Standard OEM: Intended for preinstallation on new computers by equipment manufacturers. They are activated on a specific device during the first startup.
Hardware Binding	Both types of OEM licenses are tied to the specific hardware on which they were first activated. They cannot be transferred to another device.
Certificate of Authenticity (COA)	This is a Certificate of Authenticity used to verify the legitimacy of the Windows operating system. It is supplied with the OEM Windows license and contains the product key required for system activation. For both types of licenses, the COA label must be affixed to the computer in a visible location.
Price and Availability	OEM GGK: Sold separately for the legalization of existing systems. Standard OEM: Purchased by system builders and included in the cost of a new computer.
Downgrade Rights	OEM GGK: GGK (Get Genuine Kit) licenses do not grant downgrade rights, as they are intended for legalizing the current version of Windows. Standard OEM: Downgrade rights are typically available for business editions of Windows, such as Windows Pro or Enterprise. This allows users to install previous versions of the operating system if needed for software or hardware compatibility.
Support and Warranty	OEM GGK: Support is provided directly by Microsoft, since these licenses are purchased separately to legalize the software. Standard OEM: Support is provided by the hardware manufacturer (e.g., Dell, HP), not Microsoft. Warranty also depends on the manufacturer's policy.

It is also important to note the difference between GGK (Get Genuine Kit) and another legalization solution — GGWA (Get Genuine Windows Agreement). The main differences lie in the target audience, volume of licenses, and activation method.
