Zalman ALPHA2DS is a premium third-generation liquid cooling system from the ALPHA series — a unique Zalman innovation. The pump features a decorative and multifunctional display that can be repositioned and installed to suit user preferences. Zalman's ZM-OZ software enables fan control and allows resizing and editing of videos displayed on the built-in screen. ZM-OZ can be downloaded from Zalman’s official website. One of the standout features is the pump's innovative dual-flow structure, which separates coolant into two independent streams to reduce overload and improve cooling efficiency, minimizing residual fluid in the pump. The base of the water block is made of copper.

An integrated ARGB controller manages fan speeds and lighting on the radiator-mounted fans. The quiet 120mm ARGB Zalman ZM-AF120 fans feature uniquely shaped blades. Fan speeds are PWM-controlled and range from 600 to 2,000 RPM.

Key Features of the Zalman ALPHA2DS Liquid Cooling System:

Compatibility with modern AMD and Intel sockets, including LGA 1851.
Silent, high-performance, and ready-to-use — ideal for modern systems with overclocked CPUs. Easy to install and remove with a convenient mounting system.
Included square IPS LCD display: 2.73" size, 320×320 mm resolution, 30Hz refresh rate.
Customizable video resizing via ZM-OZ software (supports 320×320 mm video editing).
Real-time system monitoring using an intuitive visual editor interface: monitor CPU temperature, GPU clock speed, and RAM usage.
The advanced fan control system offers up to four modes (Silent / Normal / Performance / Custom). The Custom mode allows users to create fan speed curves based on system temperature. PWM control from the motherboard automatically adjusts fan speeds in response to ambient noise levels for optimal performance.
ARGB lighting is fully customizable: supports 7 lighting effects, ARGB type with syncing across other system components, all configurable via ZM-OZ software.
The ARGB controller ZM-OZ HUB supports up to six PWM/ARGB fans, powered via SATA, and can connect to the motherboard.
The decorative magnetic display cap on the pump can be tilted, detached, and installed in a convenient location.
The fans use a daisy-chain connection to reduce cable clutter and maintain a clean, aesthetic setup.
Each unit includes high-performance Zalman ZM-AF120 ring-type ARGB fans, with shark-fin-shaped blades designed to reduce turbulence and conflicting airflow, improving efficiency and reducing vibrations.

Maximized airflow thanks to reduced rotor diameter.

Zalman AF120 Fan Blade Design and ARGB Effects

Compared to standard case fans, the specially designed Zalman AF120 ring fan with shark-fin blades offers lower air resistance and quieter operation under heavy load.

Hydrodynamic bearings, like ball bearings, eliminate metal-to-metal contact by using an oil layer. This provides low noise, low heat, and excellent durability, making the fans long-lasting and robust.
The fan includes anti-vibration rubber pads made from durable, deformation-resistant material to reduce vibrations during operation. Both the front and back sides feature eight such pads.
The fan also features vibrant ARGB lighting. Connection: +5V 3-pin.

Optimized PWM Control

PWM control automatically adjusts fan speed to balance performance and noise. The system includes a 4-pin PWM cable.

The aluminum radiator uses tightly packed fins with a large surface area for quick heat dissipation and efficient circulation of hot coolant.
The dual-flow pump design improves cooling performance by increasing liquid volume, flow rate, and heat dissipation. It reduces pump load, enhances reliability, and prevents residual fluid buildup at low RPMs — resulting in quieter operation and maximum cooling efficiency.
The system is fully sealed and leak-proof, ensuring safety during long-term use.
The water block features a copper base with micro-channel structure, offering superior thermal conductivity and large surface area — ideal for today’s high-performance CPUs.
Flexible, fabric-braided tubing made from strong, durable rubber is securely fastened and tested under high pressure and varying temperatures. A dedicated clip secures the tubes in optimal positions.
The kit includes Zalman’s high-performance ZM-STC10 thermal paste.
