Zalman ALPHA2DS – це системи рідинного охолодження третього покоління серії ALPHA, продукція преміумкласу, унікальна розробка Zalman. Помпа з декоративним і багатофункціональним дисплеєм, який можна переміщати та встановлювати залежно від побажань користувача. Програмне забезпечення ZM-OZ дає змогу регулювати роботу вентиляторів, а також змінювати, підганяти за розміром відео на вбудованому дисплеї. Встановлення ZM-OZ здійснюється через офіційний сайт Zalman. Однією з особливостей є інноваційна будова помпи: охолоджувальну рідину розподілено в ній на два незалежні потоки. Така конструкція дає змогу запобігти перевантаженню й поліпшує процес охолодження, зменшуючи залишковий об’єм рідини в помпі. Основу водоблока виготовлено з міді.

Вбудований ARGB-контролер керує швидкістю обертання та підсвічуванням вентиляторів, встановлених на радіаторі. Тихі 120-мм ARGB-вентилятори Zalman ZM-AF120 мають своєрідну форму лопатей. Швидкість обертання регулюється за допомогою широтно-імпульсної модуляції в діапазоні від 600 до 2 000 об/хв.

Ця система безшумна, продуктивна, готова до експлуатації, згодиться для сучасних систем із розігнаними процесорами. Має зручне кріплення – її легко встановлювати та демонтувати.
У комплекті є квадратний РК-екран IPS: розмір 2,73-дюйми, роздільна здатність 320 × 320 мм, частота оновлення 30 Гц.

Легко адаптувати та змінювати розміри відео за допомогою програмного забезпечення ZM-OZ (підтримує редакцію відео 320 × 320 мм).
Передбачено можливість моніторингу системи в реальному часі за допомогою інтуїтивно зрозумілого інтерфейсу візуального редагування: можна відстежувати температуру процесора, тактову частоту графічного адаптера та завантаження оперативної пам’яті.

Застосовується комплексна система керування вентиляторами: підтримуються до 4 режимів (тихий/звичайний/продуктивний/користувацький). Режим користувача – є можливість встановити профілі кривих вентиляторів для регулювання їх швидкості залежно від температури системи. Керування PWM з материнської плати – автоматично регулюється швидкість вентиляторів залежно від рівня шуму довкілля з огляду на оптимальну продуктивність.

Передбачено різноманітні варіанти RGB-підсвічування: ARGB-тип, вибір режиму для світлових ефектів, який синхронізується зі свіченням інших компонентів, до 7 режимів світлових ARGB-ефектів. Керування підсвічуванням здійснюється за допомогою програмного забезпечення ZM-OZ.

Встановлено ARGB-контролер ZM-OZ HUB, для шести PWM/ARGB-вентиляторів, із SATA живленням та можливістю під’єднувати до материнської плати.
Декоративний дисплей у вигляді кришки на помпі кріпиться за допомогою магніту: кут нахилу легко регулюється, дисплей можна від’єднати та за потреби встановити в будь-якому зручному місці.

Вентилятори мають послідовний тип під’єднання, що дає змогу уникнути додаткових кабелів, надає охайного та естетичного вигляду.
В комплекті наявні потужні кільцеподібні ARGB-вентилятори Zalman ZM-AF120. Конструкцію лопатей продумано з урахуванням запобігання завихрень і зустрічних потоків, що сприяє підвищенню ефективності, стабільності в процесі експлуатації, зокрема завдяки зменшенню вібрації.

Потужний 120мм кільцеподібний вентилятор

Вібрація лопатей зводиться до мінімуму за запобігання тремтіння лопатей під час роботи вентилятора, завдяки цьому термін слугування пристрою збільшується.
Рівень шуму зводиться до мінімуму шляхом придушення вихрових потоків на лопатях.
Досягається максимальний рівень повітряного потоку завдяки зниженню зовнішнього кола ротора.

Форма лопатей вентилятора Zalman AF120 та ARGB-ефект

Як порівняти зі стандартним корпусним вентилятором спеціально розроблений кільцеподібний вентилятор Zalman AF120 з лопатями Shark (імітація форми плавців акули) за мінімального опору повітряному потоку має низький показник рівня шуму в процесі активної роботи.

Гідродинамічний підшипник, як і кульковий, не контактує з металом, а шар мастила замінює підшипник. Він забезпечує мінімальний рівень шуму, низьку температуру та є стійким до механічних впливів, що робить його надзвичайно міцним і довговічним.
Противібраційні гумові накладки вентилятора.
Рамку вентилятора Zalman AF120 виготовлено з міцного пластику. Спеціальні гумові накладки забезпечують зниження вібрації в процесі роботи вентилятора. Їх виготовлено з довговічного матеріалу, який не деформується та досить стійкий до навантажень.
Фронтальна та тильна сторони вентилятора мають вісім противібраційних гумових накладок.
Вентилятор вирізняється ефектним ARGB- підсвічуванням. Під’єднання +5V 3pin.

Оптимізоване керування PWM

PWM контроль – це процес керування швидкістю обертання вентилятора. Використовується автоматичне регулювання швидкості вентилятора за оптимальної продуктивності та низького рівня шуму. У комплектованні 4-контактний кабель PWM.

Алюмінієвий радіатор зі спеціальним розміщенням щільно скомпонованих пластин і максимальною площею розсіювання тепла забезпечує оперативне охолодження та швидке подавання нагрітої до високої температури рідини.
Інноваційна конструкція помпи дає змогу запобігти її перевантаженню в процесі активної роботи, сприяє охолодженню та зменшенню залишкового об’єму рідини шляхом поділу потоку та відведення охолоджувальної рідини двома шляхами. Така будова дає змогу збільшити об’єм, потужність і швидкість потоку рідини, підвищити ефективність відведення тепла від процесора. Завдяки такій будові пристрою знижується загальне навантаження на помпу, підвищується його надійність і термін слугування, забезпечується тиха робота системи та не допускається утворення залишкової рідини на низьких оборотах. Тож максимальна ефективність охолодження досягається завдяки мінімізації залишкової рідини.
Конструкція герметична та надійна, що унеможливлює витік рідини в процесі експлуатації.
Мідна основа з мікроканальною структурою для досягнення високої продуктивності охолодження завдяки теплопровідності матеріалу та достатньо великій площі розсіювання. Система охолодження – найліпша для сучасних процесорів.
Гнучкі трубки в тканинному обплетенні з міцної, стійкої до навантажень гуми з надійним кріпленням. Оптимальна довжина дає змогу встановлювати систему охолодження у корпусах різної величини. Спеціальний метод кріплення трубок було випробувано за умов значного тиску рідини та за різних температур. Роздільна кліпса фіксує трубки в оптимальному положенні.
У комплектованні наявна високопродуктивна термопаста Zalman ZM-STC10.
