Terms of participation

When selling servers from well-known manufacturers or own production, or assembling components for them (system server boards, processors, cabinets), it is necessary to offer and sell together any product of Windows Server 2022 and the corresponding number of Client Access License (CAL) licenses.

The partner will receive a bonus for each promotional item sold. The earned bonuses during the promotion period will be paid to the partner in UAH at the current exchange rate after its completion.

The promotional product Windows Server must be purchased together with the corresponding hardware on one invoice or on separate invoices issued within five (5) business days to the same partner.

It is worth to remember!

Connecting users or devices without CAL licenses is a violation of the license agreement.
Timely updating of CAL versions will help to prevent unauthorized access to Windows Server caused by licensing discrepancies.
Accessing the latest version of Windows Server with an old version of client license is a violation of licensing rules.
